In short, yes! It’s crucial for your business, no matter the size, to be using all sorts of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, blogs,etc.). More and more job listings, including those in Silicon Valley, are using the keyword “Facebook” (28,500 since March 3rd just on SimplyHired.com to be exact). So maybe the social media sites you once thought were only good for catching up with old friends can now catch you a job.
